Plant Capabilities:

Reactors: 304-L stainless reactors with capacities of 140, 2000, 6000 and 13,000 gallons. Reactors are on load cells with agitation. Nitrogen sparge and blanket capability. Steam heated (350F at 120PSI) or water cooled. Dedicated condenser and reciever.

Process Equipment: Miscellaneous: Liquid nitrogen for reactors. Cooling towers. Chiller--60 tons at 42F. Homogenizer: Gaulin - 6,000 GPH. packaging

Blend Tanks: Stainless blend tanks ranging from 150 to 10,000 gallons.

Storage Tanks: Stainless steel, mild steel and fiberglass storage tanks--some with side mount mixers, some heated, some insulated--with capacities of 1,500 to 31,000 gallons. Heated and insulated tanks are available. Ample space is available for additional bulk storage tanks.

Capabilities: Rail siding for 6 jumbo railcars. Truck scale on site. Drum and tote bin loading. Laboratory and analytical services. Pilot plant.
